We’re dreamer. Or how the world will know us; DRMR. An advertising production company positioned to collaborate with European-based ad agencies. Currently, we’re still under wraps, set to launch in October ’24, rolling out our blueprint for change. A much needed one. Breaking away from the traditional ways of working to align with our fast-evolving world. As a result, we’re offering an entirely new way to collaborate with freelance producers.

Freelance senior producer
Ever been interested in starting your own production company, but unwilling to dive in due to the administrative hassle? We might be a great match!
Building on our commitment to innovate, we are revolutionising the traditional way of working with freelance producers. Within the framework of DRMR’s brand, producers will be able to partner with us as if they were running their own company—leveraging their personal contacts at local ad agencies and earning a share of project profits, on top of their regular day fees. Meanwhile, our back-office will fully support them throughout the production by handling all administrative tasks such as budgets, buyouts, contracts, invoicing, and more.
Producers will be able to work remotely from wherever they’re based, as long as it’s somewhere around the European timezone. This setup allows our back-office, located at our HQ in Belgium, to assist them in every step of the way. As a freelancer, the producers will have the flexibility to choose whenever they want to join us and whether that will be as a full-time or part-time.

You have experience working for European based advertising companies, having created campaigns for both online and/or tv usage. You are based around the European timezone and you have excellent English speaking and writing skills. You also hold a Freelancer status and you’re open to working remotely.
